If your question is simple, people will answer it. If your question reveals a hard bias one way or the other (libturds and PC crowd) people are less likely to answer. If the question cannot be answered in less than a couple hundred words, people are less likely to answer.
If no one answers, maybe no one shares your belief that the issue is worth discussing. Review and revise your question and resubmit.

Are we supposed to assume that you asked a question that you felt was simple and profound? Maybe nobody saw the question, or was interested in responding to it. Not every question is going to be answered, and not everybody believes the way you do in the sense of things being simple and profound.
Ask again another day, and be patient. If all else fails, quit asking the questions so you don't frustrated anymore.

Well, your use of slurs seems to imply that your goal really isn't to ask questions and get answsers, but just to make some point in support of your own agenda.
A true profound question is one that causes people to think, and one where there is no single answer that you are looking for.

Exactly what coragryph said. If you ask a question that people can answer, then they will.
