You can pick any song fingerstyle. Figure out the melody line on the treble strings,work in the appropriate bass notes. Depends on how good a picker you are.

The actual song doesn't matter - if you want to pick, pick or strum, strum - it also depends on how fast a picker you are!

All of these are good answers, really. It just depends upon what KIND of music you want to listen to. You can find GREAT pickers in all types of music!

Personally, I think if you want to hear the BEST picking, you should listen to either classical or Spanish guitar...or, for the more American style; Chet Atkins or Jerry Reed!

I believe Fleetwood Mac's 'The Ledge' has what you're looking for. One of Lindsey Buckingham's musical experiments. If anything, I'd say it's a shoe box rather than a guitar even.

Actually that radiohead ones not really acoustic. But its good, and you can play it on an acoustic.
