what all can they do to inprove my skin? i have some scars can they help that? and my skin is even and disscolored,and cologed pores...can they help? and if not what can i do to make inpove my problems?? i just want flawless skin!! HELP!!!

Yes, a dermatologist can help you by diagnosing your skin and prescribing an appropriate course of treatment. (Prescription creams like Retin-A or Differin, anti-bacterial washes, etc.)
Cost depends on what type of health insurance you or your parents have.
In my experience some prescription creams can help w/ light scarring and discoloration.
