Sure, and to be a Conservative I guess I have to molest children or embezzle funds from work. Or I could be the Ann Coulter type Conservative and make foolish statements based on what is going on in my warped little mind with no evidence to support them. This is a stupid question. I am a Liberal and first of all, I don't hang around outside abortion clinics because I am usually at WORK (I have two jobs) or helping my community (I tutor homeless children). I also don't drink so champagne is out of the question. I don't agree with abortion but I respect a woman's right to make this choice.
If you want to be more of a Liberal you can start by being more open minded and letting go of your ridiculous stereotypes. Don't assume that all Blacks are criminals or that all Whites are rich, etc. Look around and you will find that all people are different.
Also take an interest in people and your world. Help out, not through hand outs but through education. After all, I was taught that if you give a person a fish, he or she will eat today but if you teach someone to fish they can eat forever. My work with homeless youngsters has shown me that not all homeless people are lazy and want handouts nor did they become homeless because they are drunks and drug users. I have met a lot of their parents and some of them escaped abusive situations or lost jobs when the company decided to out source to some foreign nation. They are trying to get back on their feet and take advantage of every job fair or method of self improvement that is offered. They want a hand and not a handout.

If you're so against abortion, surely you support social programs that would make it easier for a woman to decide to give birth rather than abort. Or do you believe in using the government to force people to behave as you like. If you do, you aint no conservative. You aint no liberal. I don't have a clue what you are, but you have a lot in common with the Taliban.

No, and it is very unfortunate that you would think this. There are many issues/arguments surrounding the abortion issue. Should we do what your counterparts do and bomb an abortion clinic, taking lives that way, specially those of bystanders who include children.

Abortion is not a wonderful thing. No one believes it is. But look at Giuliani, he knows it is more than convenient sometimes and supports women having the choice.

I don't believe that Liberals endorse abortion, they endorse a woman's right to choose what is best for HER body. I am a staunch conservative Republican but honestly feel the right to choose should NOT be a political platform!
