It depends on the age of the child who is asking the question.
My 5 year old grandaughter recently asked me how babies get in the mommies tummy? I said that there is a tiny little seed inside the mommy and it grows and grows until the baby is big enough for the mommy to go to the hospital to get the baby out. Don't give the child more information than they need . That answer satisfyed her. Her parents were happy that she asked me instead of them!!!!!!!!!!

Babies are a gift from God. Although they are conceived when a man and woman have sexual intercourse, the conception itself is a miracle when you consider the odds against it.

Shoulda paid more attention whne you were born! :)
If this is a real quesiton, this is not the place to ask it. Sit your parents down, make sure they are comfortable, and politely ask them.
