I was suppost to start my period around about March 15th. I spotted March 9 for maybe an hour, it was very light,and then i stopped for two days. I has taken a pregnancy test and it was negative. After this I began to bleed light on the 12th and am still bleeding light as of now (13th). My period is lighter than usual, especially yesturday, it was very light yeasturday. The blood is bright red, and I am having some cramping.

A home pregnancy test or blood test at your doctor's office would be your best answer.
You could very well be pregnant and still have a period. It's pretty common.

sounds like your having a light period this happens sometimes and for no reason. call your doctor if your really concerned
