and this is the USB card i want to buy :

Would this USB card fit to my motherboard ?
If yes, where exactly on motherboard should i push the usb card in ?

at the end of the usb card, that orange metal connector is devided to 3 parts but my pci slot on the motherboard is devided to 2 parts.. Does it make any problem ?

Yes, use any white PCI slot.

You may need to install drivers, also.

This USB card will be well fitted in the PCI slot of your motherboard cause this USB card is made only to be fitted in PCI port. Dont worry, just fit and use it.

yes it will fit . it's a pci card , goes in them nice little white things on your board
