I've never heard of Snakeskin endlers, but their is a guppy relative called Endler's live bearer. Size depends on if they have been cross bred with guppy or not. In generally they won't grow to more than an inch.
With pleco they might become night time snacks once they fit in the mouth of a pleco. (Keep in mind that is true for most fish.)

They will get just about the size of the parents or a typical guppy size, around an inch not counting the tail. They should be safe with a small pleco.
