There have been several films based on lesbian serial killers. The two most recent that come to mind are:
"Baise Moi" ('**** Me') (2000)
Based on the novel of the same name by Virginie Despentes, it follows the story of Nadine (Karen Lancaume) and Maru (Raffaela Anderson), two young women, marginalised by society who go on a violent sexual killing spree across France.
Directed by Virginie Despentes.
The film is currently banned in several countries.
"Monster" (2003)
A film starring Academy Award-winning actress Charlize Theron (Aileen Wuornos) and Christian Ricci (Selby Walls), based on the real life story of Aileen Wuornos, a Daytona Beach prostitute who eventually became a serial killer - she was executed in Florida in 2002 after being convicted for the murder of six men.

The true-life story of Aileen Wuornos, a prostitute executed in 2002 in Florida after being convicted of murdering six men.
