The only team that can stop Georgetown, is Georgetown.

yes. Georgetown has some glaring weaknesses, as exposed by Syracuse at the end of the regular season. If they run into a team that plays a strong zone, they will not be able to execute their offense, which relies primarily on entry passes and backdoor cuts.

Georgetown can also be beat at the other end when the opposition can knock down threes or get down the court in transition. The Hoyas will NOT make the Final Four, no matter what the analysts want you to believe.

As soon as they play a team that can hit from outside and play a little zone, G'Town is done.

Personally, I feel if they lose a game in the tourney, it won't be until the championship game. I'm not a Georgetown follower, but what I've seen from them especially from Green & Hibbert has been impressive. Although, it's March & anything can happen in March!!!!

Yes, there is no bigger Hoya fan than myself; however, we will be stopped this year by a team with perimeter quickness and
the ability to shoot 3's...note how Notre Dame almost came back to beat GU in NY and how Hoyas lost early in season
to Villanova.....less than A+ guards will eventually cost us a game....can't trade 2's for 3's in tourney and win 6 in a row...

Still a great year and hope Jeff Green comes back for 1 more with new depth at guard slot from Mr. Freeman...

They can win their region. I'm not sure the can advance past that. Memphis/Ohio State/Florida/Kansas. There are a lot of good teams. But, anything can happen. Go Hoyas!

I have them steamrolling opponents but then when they hit TX I have them losing. I just think Durant is going to have a really good tourney.
