well the real people playing the characters are in their teens.... 12-18
the actual characters-
well blousey is gonna be in her 20's, as she wants to be a show girl, she's gotta be over 18 to work in the grandslam (alcohol etc)
fat sam, well him and tallulah go out, talluah is gonna be in her 20's so logically sam can't be more than mid 30's.... maybe he's in his forties cause he owns the grandslam

Do you mean the ages of the actors when they filmed it or the ages they were supposed to be in it???
If it's the latter then there isn't an answer because the idea of the film is that it is a parallel of children playing adults.
