Are you still thinking that you may be pregnant? it is not likely that you are but it is not impossible either. It could be that you were pregnant and had a miscarriage and you may not have expelled all of the tissue in your uterus. Sometimes when this happens our bodys play tricks on us and we have slight but painful periods after the initial heavy bleeding and cramping of a miscarriage.

If you keep testing negative and still not feel that something is right. i would make a call to your OB to get a blood test. That will be the only way to know if you are pregnant or not. If you are not, they may do a D&C on you to scrap the rest of the remaining tissue (which could also accumulate over years). This will help with the period pains because that is all cramps are.. the inner lining of the uterus being stripped for them walls.
