This love is so deep, that it doesn't matter he cheated on me. He's a very different kind of man, he feels deeper then most men, its like he was looking for an emotional crutch at the time. He has this beautifully artistic mind, the way he sees things are so different from anyone, and the best part is that I understand him. I have utterly forgiven him, the moment he said he cheated, it might take some time but the time comes out between us. I knew this was going to happen, I packed my things and left him alone, I was scared of hurting him again like I did so often before, he deserves more, he's so lonely like me, people absolutley don't get us at all. Do you believen true love, no matter the cost?

i do believe in true love. my husband cheated on me when we were just living togeather before we were married i forgave him and with time my pain healed. he and i are the most uncompatable people u can imagine but we compliment each other very well. my husband also struggles with alcholism and that has caused alot of trouble in our marrage but because we are both dedicated and belive we are soul mates and cant or wont imagine each other with anyone else we work through anything. and trust me we have been through alot.

I believe in true love...
But for love to be true it must have....
Respect, trust,
Treating each other the best of the best, and learning how to treat each other the best of the best.
"Always keeping it real" that's means what ever has happen, what ever is happening, what ever is going to happen, don't hold back speak your mind that way ever thing is clear and on the table nothing to hide no sugar coating.
And doing whatever is best for both, rain or shine
That's how i see true love many people have different definitions this one mine.

It depends for me. There's this song by Kenny Lattimore titled "For You" the words of that song is what I gave to wife. But in the end she choose to find happiness in someone else's man and cheated on me. So for me that type of love I felt for her is not worth the cost. She knew what she had but gave her heart to another any way.

I am a strong believer in true love... I am married to my true love, but there was time years ago when he was unhappy and in a depression...as bad as it hurt, I wanted to him to go and be happy. I loved him so much that I wanted him to experience happiness even if it was not with me; in fact I could not live with myself knowing I had deprived him of such. It turned out his depression had little to do with me and he did not leave and it all worked out. But I was prepared to let him go despite the pain I might have felt. True love is about the other person and loving them for what they are as a human being independent of the relationship.

I have one question to you, why hurt him if you love him? Why not control yourself for the sake of love? It is best that you let him go if you cannot stop hurting him; but the true act of love would be to love him enough to not hurt him, right?

Heck, no. I dated a guy who stole money,my furniture and even tried to steal my computer (my parents got me). He even reported to the police that I stole from him, ya my stuff back. To bad for him I had 10 witnesses and receipts. The guy had a couple screws loose. I was young 18 and that my first real relationship. You wonder why after that , I wouldn't date!
