I just want to learn how to grey over the html background, with a flash gallery and allow the pictures to enlarge like the shoes on this page. Any sites with tutorials, or templates with this typ of gallery would be most appreciated. Thank you.

It's a simple Flash movie with a few ActionScript events tied to movie clips for each shoe. The short answer is to learn Flash.
