well, since I've become pregnant .. I've had crazy dreams. I've dreamed that I've been attacked and I'm so scared that they're going to hit my tummy .. and I've had dreams that my hubby is cheating! and I've had dreams that I went pee and there was blood! and all those dreams are way out in left field.
with the dreams of being attacked .. I always start flapping my arms (in my sleep) and I hit my poor husband in the head and wake him up, he'll say, "what??? was I snoring????" poor guy :)
my mom said it's just my natural motherly instinct protecting my baby. And as for the dreams of him cheating .. that's completely normal. I have the most solid husband in the world .. it's just pregnancy insicurities when you sleep.
I also have dreams that I'm fat! to the point that in one dream, I was in the bathroom and 2 random girls said, "whos that at the sink? and the other girl said, I don't know but she's HUGE!" lol.
my mind is working over-time :)

crazy dreams are normal! look it up online :)

good luck! God bless!

weird dreams are all a part of pregnancy. I would have dreams that I would sleep through the labor and delivery (or just not be there) and then my when I finally got to hold my baby, it would turn into something else!! In December, we found out that I was having a girl, and just the other night, I had a dream that the baby came out a boy!! It felt real. But yes, weird dreams are normal...dont worry too much about them, stress can be bad for baby!

Good luck and God bless!!!

Hi, I think that its pretty normal. I am in my 19th week, and had some pretty crappy nites in my first trimester. Its getting a little better now. I know I would wake up, alot of times not even remembering what I dreamt I would than stay awake until it was light outside and I did try to sleep. You are going through big changes, hormonal and more. Your body is changing, and you have a little person growing inside of you. This is normal to feel all kinds of fears, even when we don't consciously worry about having this baby, our unconscious takes over. Trust me it does get better. I tried to wake my husband to, it was a no go. Just try to take some calming breaths, if nothing works open up a good book and read until you feel tired again.Another thing that I do is try to get hubby turned to me, and just put his arm around me. It helps, you are not alone in this. From what I have read alot of women suffer from this in pregnancy.

Not only do your dreams find crazy ways to reflect your stress and and every day occurrences, but they're much more vivid and strange when you are pregnant. I've always had messed up dreams. I have a reoccurring dream about spiders everywhere since I was a kid. Try to concentrate on what you would like to be dreaming about before you go to sleep. Give your mind a nice place to go, sometimes it actually works!

Werid dreams are normal.

Since I found out I've had so many dreams about babys and want I want and everything. The silly thing is my dreams are showing me where I want to be and what I want to do.

Ask him before you go to sleep if in the morning he will sit and listen to you before you get ready for the day. That may help.

There just weird dreams/nighmares its normal. I dream my baby falls out of my stomach between the bed and the wall. The husband has to get out of bed to pull the bed away from the wall so I can check. Ive dreamed the babys in the husbands pillow, and when its born it comes out looking like a barbie doll. They freaked me out also, and if im freaked out the husband has to wake up to move beds, or because Im pulling his pillow out from under his head!

very very normal. I would have a dream that i was vomitting horrid things like a screw driver. I would wake up having to throw up and also paniced for a second that the screwdriver was going to hurt the baby.
A friend worked with families with birth defects and told me she was expecting to dream of having kids with birth defects. Instead she dreamed of giving birth to serpents or rodents.
My neighbor told me she dreamed of her husband having an affair.
Think of the 5am wakeups as preparing for the first year of having a baby. sigh.
Best of luck and try to leave it behind when you are awake and rational. : )

Yes weird dreams come with pregnancy. I had a dream awhile back that I ended up having twins and my grandfather died during my delivery.

Absolutely normal. Mine finally eased around 16 weeks, but I had terribly violent dreams with myself often being the victim of horrific violent crimes.

Take heart. It really does ease up and get better.

Oh yes, it is completely normal. Depending on how pregnant you are they will pass. I used to have dreams that their were going to be serious complications with my baby when she came out. LIke crazy, unexisting things- But it faded eventually. It's completely normal. Your body is generating so many hormones, you will continue to have strange things going on.
