Don't do it that way. It won't work in windows like that anymore.
You need to go to:
start / programs / accessories / command prompt.
The tiny icon next to it will look like C:.

you can get there through command prompt. just click start then run. type in cmd or command and hit ok. when the black box pops up, if it is not already on c, type c: and hit enter. or type cd c. hope this helps!

PRESS F8 CONTINUESLY... WHEN YOU TURN ON YOUR COMPUTER ,,,,, then your SEE A MENU command prompt..
RUN then type COMMAND..
IN XP/win2000 etc
type CMD
