How to clean a silver mouthpeice?

I want to clean one of my instrument muthpeices with an easy home remedy. Any help?

My son uses a little toothpaste. He puts it on a soft toothbrush & gently scrubs it & then he dries it really good.

I clean my silver rings with a little toothpaste on a soft cloth then brush them off with my toothbrush. Should work the same for your mouthpiece. Just make sure to remove all toothpaste when rinsing it.
