I really don't know. Was it South Korea? We've failed or built a dictaroship in everyplace else, right? Maybe Panama(not the van halen song) was a success?

Good point Gunslinger... I did neglect those nations we helped break away from the Soviet Union.

Japan is the first the comes to mind. West Germany after WWII. But all the Eastern Bloc countries after we helped bring down the Berlin Wall.

Obviously, it is Iraq. Did we not establish the genuine democracy there? Are the people not living happy life there now? Are we not in a way to establish the 'original democracy' in Iran, Syria, North Korea and Venejuela?

So, there is no last; we are in a continuous process of democratizing different nations whenever it would deem to us for anyone.
