You could ask at the local mental health clinic; DHS; or even at the Police Department. They should be able to tell you where and when the classes are.

purchase a punching bag???? so that you'll be able to hit that bag as not straightforward as you may without hurting someone??? quit taking alcoholic drinks or coffein... coz that replaced into the source for me...
