Some employers said they see me job hopping too much because I've had 3 jobs In the past 2 years. This last one i've had only 2 months but i dont think i want to do this long term. If i take it off my resume, then employers would ask what iv'e been doing since I quit my last job which was about 6 months ago. What are some good ways around this?

Employers do not like to see gaps in employment. It's going to look better to have it on the resume than to have a gap in time. Instead I would find a way to explain the amount of time if they ask about it. Be honest, say that it was a "stepping stone" towards more permanent employment or that you have realized that it doesn't coincide with your career goals and that the job you are applying for does. Don't BS the interviewer, be straightforward but word your answer carefully. Good luck!

You can not list it and call it a temp job. Or put temp job for 2 months on your resume. Say you were keeping an eye out for other employment so you took a temp job.

This sounds like good work ethic, in that even when you lose a job you will work until you get another longterm job.

Also if they say you're jobhopping, you can just say you were trying to diversify your skills more so you took more difficult jobs(if that's the case).

Hahahahah I've job-hopped more than that! I must admit its a bad habit but I get restless easily! What I do is put them in and write in brackets (temp job) or (contract job). Good luck! :)

You need to put the job down- it looks better than being unemployed.
