I've been having that period-like cramping, bloating, that gurgly feeling in my stomach, SOME nausea, and back aches on an off (but mostly on) for about 2 1/2 months. I've had all the periods I was supposed to on time. I'm on the pill, and have been a year. I took a HPT a week after my first period, just to see; it was negative. About a week later I went to the gyno. and they did another urine test; negative. Now it's been at least two months and I'm still feeling this way. I took another HPT this morning and it was negative. What do you guys think?

You need to go see an OBGYN and have a complete checkout done.

LOL Love the discharge comment! Anyway, the pill is a form of contraception that tricks your body into thinking it's pregnant, so that way you don't ovulate. When I start my packs of pills, I get all the symptoms of being pregnant, but know that I'm not. You're body may have changed just enough that the hormone levels in the pill is causing you this discomfort. There are different estrogen levels of pills out there that may be a little more suitable for you at this point in your life. Check w/ your gyno and see if switching to a lower leveled estrogen pill would be more beneficial for you. (I've had to switch mine about 7x b/c I can't tolerate myself on the higher leveled ones.) Maybe the lower levels will help reduce the discomfort.

Usually discharge is normal if it is not foul smelling or greenish in color. There is a condition called endrometreosis (sp?) associated with the uterus and the sloughing off of the uterine wall when the lining does not leave the uterus completely and when it does it is clots and causes cramping etc. or The cramping and bloating with backache and other symptoms could be a bowel or bladder issue. You did not state if you have diarehha which could be irritable bowel syndrome or if pain will urinating could be urinary tract infection or bladder infection. Either way a second opinion from another Dr. is wise.

I believe you're definitely not pregnant. At 2 1/2 months the test would be positive not doubt. I would go see an obgyn or your family md to see what other possibilities there might be. You may just need to change the type of pill you're on. I know for myself I was taking this certain brand of pill and I had to switch because it gave me very bad tube fullness and cramping. Maybe you should try another kind of birth control pill.

I have all of the same symptoms you are having cramping, bloating, that gurgly feeling in my stomach, nausea, and back aches on an off (but mostly on) for about a month now. Mine is just a bug. My mom and niece have it too. We just keep passing it back and forth.

You could have many things- Scheduale a visit with your gyno, you could have a sist on your ovaries or something, you never know- I h ad that problem before I was pregnant and it ended up being that I was lactose intolerant- Your body changes every 7 years, you never know. Make a visit with your doc- smartest thing to do.

Your on birth control. It could just be symptoms of that or stress. If all the tests are negative maybe you should have your doctor do a sonogram. You could have cysts of your ovaries. That's what happened to me when I had them.

I don't think you are pregnant, but I would head back to your doctor for a check up. It's not normal to have these problems for more than a week or 2

Sounds like you could possibly have some sort of infection. You need to see your obgyn as soon as possible.

Also, BCP's are known to cause these feelings.

Good Luck!
