I'm trying to lose between 10-20 lbs before my birthday in April (12th). I"m on March break now and I want to do the honey lemon water diet to jump start my weight loss. (I'm 18, 145lbs, 5'4, highly active hockey 6 times a week gym inbetween)
I've been trying to drop atleast 20 lbs for awhile now but the best I've managed is only 8 lbs and that was a month and a half ago,the scale wont budge and I don't see any difference.
I've tried to research it but i can't get any clear results. Whats the ratio of honey and lemon per cup of water? HOw much are you supposed to drink a day?
Also, I've read some articles and they say to eat food during the day as well. But others that say not to eat anything.
Can anyone help me out?
