I'm trying to lose between 10-20 lbs before my birthday in April (12th). I"m on March break now and I want to do the honey lemon water diet to jump start my weight loss. (I'm 18, 145lbs, 5'4, highly active hockey 6 times a week gym inbetween)

I've been trying to drop atleast 20 lbs for awhile now but the best I've managed is only 8 lbs and that was a month and a half ago,the scale wont budge and I don't see any difference.

I've tried to research it but i can't get any clear results. Whats the ratio of honey and lemon per cup of water? HOw much are you supposed to drink a day?

Also, I've read some articles and they say to eat food during the day as well. But others that say not to eat anything.

Can anyone help me out?

yes i know about it and its a really good thing to lose weight.well in a glass of warm water take juice of one lemon and then add one teaspoon of honey and if u cant take the sourness of lemon u can add some more honey,when u get used to the sourness of lemon u can reduce the intake of honey.initially u will need 2 to 21/2 tsps of honey.

ok ok ok every one.Wana slim ohh does't matter.Just walk for 30 minutes every day as a routine.The hidden thingh is that just take 2 lemon in one glass oviesly made that juice without adding anything.It will must work.Belive me

i haven't heard of that diet. do some more research or ask your doctor for help concerning this matter. good luck on the weight loss and happy early b'day.

I usually drink water with lemon NO SUGAR everytime I eat and it helps...
