the painting is Sunday Afternoon on the Isle of La Grande Jatte(?) by Georges Serrat it is a huge painting- saw it at Art Institute of Chicago

and, ye, it is Ferris Buellers Day Off

That's parodying Ferris Bueller's Day off. In a Chicago Art Musuem, Ferris' best friend does the same thing. pretty trippy, no?

Ferris! Haha!! If you ever seen Stewie's movie, they do a parody of Ferris again when Stewie is running to meet the family at the pool to destroy himself. It was great!
