Because he knows he has a voice NOW without being president. He can get more done in the position he is in now.

I've watched Bill since the 70's - heck, I can remember when he was actually funny!
Maher is no different from Anne Coulter - both say silly outrageous things to appear 'edgy' and provacative.
Both appeal to the fringe element of their respective sides.
But America will not elect people who deal in hate speech as their standard method of communication...from either side.

i could. i'm not sure he'd be worse than all of us else. of direction, a president has merely plenty ability. The voters in many circumstances forgets that and chooses to have self belief the president has administration over issues like the economic device.

Maher is snarky and groomed by his handlers to appear as he is. He cannot nor is capable of the intellect necessary to be Commander in Chief or the Chief Executive.
