Yes we are with TalkTalk and we have an excellent connection speed and my monthly phone bill is half that of BT. The only difference is you say £29.99 a month and we pay £20.
And just for Sue you should contact TalkTalk about the amount of your monthly bill. They have £1000 pay out to any customer who's bill is in excess of their previous BT bills!!

A word of caution. I switched my landline (only) to Talk Talk from BT and noticed since August, each monthly bill has been a lot more than the one before. I am that concerned that I am in the process of switching back to BT.

I've been with Talktalk since last July, and can thoroughly recommend them. The service is great, only able to get 2meg here, but that's not their fault. Great to phone the States and most of Europe for free. Only problem was they connected me a week early and didn't tell me. Go for it,, they're great.

I've had no problems with the landline, but dialling out on the landline can be troublesome, I often get error messages but when I press redial it works. Annoying, but it's such a good deal with the free intl calls that I just put up with it.

I'm with Talktalk and have no problem at all (6.8 meg download), but then I only live a mile or so away from the digital exchange.

Have heard lots of problems with Speed and also with inability to use secure websites (banking and online shops)
With any service you will get people who love and people who hate but this one in particular was featured on watchdog the other day. I would tend to avoid.
read the source, interesting reading.
