It is the shietiest feeling...
you feel very useless... so worthless.. unwanted and rejected.
keep your head up and keep searching and applying... have confident in yourself... this is something you are going to have to make happen as no one else is going to be there to do it for you... do it for yourself, your pride, your family and your future... simple as that...

some guys I'm sure will disagree with what I say, but I'm pretty confident I speak for most men when I say, if we don't have bills to pay, we have enough money to pay for all the necessities, like food, cable, and gas, we could survive quite a long time. Say sign up for unemployment and recieve money, and maybe even food stamps, so now u got food and cable and gas covered, you usually feel like a free man, all the time in the world, to just sit around and do nothing...I think the time that u finaly realize ur worthless, is when you run into one of those people that u used to be better then, a person in school, a former friend, or an old teacher that expected great things from you, and u realize, that everyone around you is done sitting around all day wasting time, they are getting there **** together... That's what did it for me, my best friend at the time, would not stop talking about how fun college is, and the fact that almost every time we hung out he had to pay for me, really got too me, so now im going back to college, and working PT, and if I put in enough effort now, Ill be better off in the end and be able to have a fun and happy life...

Got blindsided by a lay-off 4 months ago. I have been able to find temp work doing the same thing for 2 of those months so I have made enough to get by. I hate every minute of it. I expect to be back within a few weeks. I can't wait.

I started feeling like crap when the UI money ran out and I realized that my references were too old to use. It was a mistake to go on UI. It's better to keep working even at a much lower wage to avoid depression.
