God does exist!!!! He's alive and in control...this is a very common question asked by unbelievers who have no understanding and will never have it. Its asked all the time I guess to prove some unknown point.
Simply put...Jesus, God in the flesh, suffered just like man when he was on earth so He knows what we go through. He promised to return, til then, the real enemy of man, the one that causes all the pain and suffering, the Devil, walks the earth seeking whom and what he can kill steal and destroy.
A lot of the things that happen are the fault of people not God. He may allow things to happen but he does not cause anything unless its deserved.
There is a wonderful book which tells about why and how come things happen, its called the Bible.
Its the most read and the most popular book in the world and also the most hated as well.
For the uninformed, you should read it. In it are answers to the questions of the "what, why, and how" of living. Its easy to read and understand.
Seriously, This is the time for people to decide who they want to follow...good (God) or evil (Devil).

I was brought up to believe in an Almighty God who is loving and kind and faithful to His children. So that when I experienced pain due to the loss of my parents and suffered physically when I got so sick that I thought it was time for me to go, I never asked God why or why me? One thing is certain, I know my faith is strong; so strong that I will never question God's wisdom for allowing pain, suffering and poverty on earth.

At the beginning we weren't meant for pain, suffering or poverty, but we as sinners as you should know the story put all this in this world. Don't blame God for things he didn't do, remember he is love and will never do anything to harm you. We are the ones who do the wrong things.

Because it has to be a balance between good and bad things.
pain, suffering and poverty are to show the other people to valorate what they have and to know that they have to work every time harder to keep the good things they have.
don't get sad! everything happens for one reason: God want to give us a lesson, and he will not get off poverty, pain and suffering until we learn the lesson!

God doesn't allow it, we do. He is just showing us that we need to all live for him and follow his word. You will see a much better life without suffering if we believe in him and trust that what he does is for the best and one day will understand that he is never to late and it all worked out. He is so miraculous that we can not begin to understand why things happen we just have to trust that's why is it call Faith and not facts.

ok... god allows everything bad because he is showing the devil how wrong he is ..... because the devil told god in the book of JOB 1:2-5.. he said that job is only serving him for interest. he also said that many people serve God only for interest. GOd is also allowing the devil to prove that his government here on earth does not work.

are you doing anything about it other than complaining help somebody in pain take a dish to a homeless shelter maybe if we would stop complaining about what god dosent do maybe we could see the good that he does, you are breathing today thats a good thing right. we all have pain and issues that affect us in our lives why cant we just help each other it will never be solved so just do your best an maybe there will be mercy for us all.

jehovah does allow pain and suffering . satan and the way he preforms his magic on people is the one to blame. we are all under a test with god to see who can remain faithful to him until the time of armageddon. nation will rise against nationand kingdom against kingdom.there will be food shortages ...in one place after another.there will be great earthquakes.there will be pestilences.and increased lawlessness.have you seen any of these things???
