and now he's ignoring me! whats with him? i cannot understand? for the past one month there's no single day that he will not say hi, compliment me, asked me if im okay. and whats with him right now? he just look at me at a far but never approached me? he used to be so nice then all of a sudden he will ignore me..the thing is that im texting him but he doesnt know its me though i beleived he has an idea already. ive got a previous question and everyone respond that he's unto me and stuffs like that. im just so surprised that today he didnt even bother to say hi! last night i did text him and its perfectly okay. im just wondering why he like that now. help me with this. (note he's my boss)

I would say give it a rest, after a while you start to look pathetic and desperate and weak. If it's meant to be then it will be. Something is happening, and until he tells you I would just move on and go about your business. No one is worth so much emotional and physical stress - no one. You are the most important in your life, you have to be. I wouldn't risk anymore by pursuing him. If he has something on his mind, then he will tell you in due time, and if he doesn't then maybe it shows his weak side and shows you what a real relationship with him would be like - dodging you one day, things perfect the next. Who wants that kind of relationship?

It doesn't matter WHY he's acting differently. There's only one thing that matters: HE IS YOUR BOSS !! Go to work. Do your job. Do it well.
Go home. DO NOT TEXT HIM. DO NOT CALL HIM. DO NOT IM HIM.
Follow these instructions every work day.
Anything else is asking for trouble.

It could be a lot of different scenarios. Since he is upper management, someone may have brought his flirting and how inappropriate it is to his attention and he is watching himself. Or may be he heard something about you. You'll never know unless you ask.
