There are so many, but its sad cause they aren't really valid complaints.
Lets see, I don't go to church three times a week. I speak my mind when I think I'm right even if it contradicts what he's saying. (hmmm, I wonder where I got that from?! HIM!) and I have tattoos and he hates them.
Those are probably the most common ones we fight about.

my dad died ten years ago but he said i couldn't sing and said i had v d (verbal diarrhoea) cos i was always prattling on about something or other!!!!
neither were meant nastily though!
