Hmm. See it's questions like these that people look at and try to figure out what the person was "trying" to say, and you still end up confused.
If the person was translating from a foreign language, you might have a chance at piecing together what their meaning was, and if someone can't spell, well you can criticize all you want but at least you know what they are talking about. Here, ya got me...
Perhaps I can suggest that you elaborate further...what is a Duckward Louise System? What is ODIs? What question are you asking about it? Give us a fair chance to answer.
