well the beach is 6 km long with white sand crystal clear seas. there are a few night clubs in the main town theres one called charlie chaplins i think which ive heard is good. theres the water park which is also a very good day out. theres a market on there are also a variety of shops and restaurants. its not magaluf but you shouldnt be bored. i stayed in alcudia before i moved to the island 4 years ago so if you have any questions about visiting other resorts whilst your here just give me a shout id be happy to help.

I found Alcudia a great place with a great beach best suited to families the resort stretches for miles along the coast into adjacent towns there is a regular clean and cheap local bus service along the coast and a medieval walled town well worth exploring there are plenty of good places to eat and many pleasant bars entertainment is mostly hotel based but there are loads of excursions to markets nightclubs and the wilder young peoples areas. Hope this helps, enjoy

I have been a few times, Majorca is a lovely island and Alcudia caters for anyone of any age. I wouldn't say it was quiet at all, not as hectic as alot of tourist places but not quiet either.

You will have a fab time, enjoy

been there 2 years ago it was lovely - not for teenagers, it is a family resort, there is pubs and clubs and the beach is lovely but cold at this time of the year, some of the shops etc don't open till around Easter time, the local market is on sundays, we went at the end of may and it was warm.
