i was just wondering, a lot of kids now are either over weight or obese in america, and kids are starving every day in other countries, whats wrong with this pic? Also, why is this such a problem to people that america is somewhat helping people in other countries, we get PLENTY of help. i bet you anything a starving african with aids would love to be a homeless person here, no offence to anyone but i speak my mind. Oh yeah one more thing, Why is this a problem anyway? I mean with the obese kids here and starving kids elsewhere, please give me your opinion Thank :) nicole

Well, Nicole, in this day and age of fast food, parents working 2 jobs to support their household, gas prices, war, video games. Most children are given a microwave and a frig full of hot pockets, or some other food that can be done in 2 mins, with little mess. Americans aren't eating as healthy as they used to, because most Americans have came to like convince over standard old fashion ways. As far, as your concern with the other countries, we do send tons of cash to other countries for aid and support, lets look at the War...Ok enough with that....Anyway.....bottem line boils down too, get the fastest and most convient thing that you can with a buck today.

Well, we could always feed the obese children to the starving children, if that'll make you feel better.
The truth is, there is no way we're going to be able to feed every starving child. That's what their parents are for. If their parents knew they wouldn't be able to support them, they shouldn't have had them. I know there are extenuating circumstances, but such is life. Not everyone is going to have a happy little existence.

Donate food to places that need food. I would say parents need to be trained better on holding there own agaisn't spoiled kids. I see too many parents on television who give there kids what they want even though it's bad for them. The Super Nanny can't be every where u know.
