I'm trying to play the sims but under the minimum requirements it says i need Intel(R) Extreme Graphics
82845, 82865, 82915
and i have Intel 82810. Is there a way to download one of those for free or are those things you have to buy?

You cannot download that. The 82810 is built-in. You should try installing and playing the game because it might work.
If the game does not work, you'll have to buy something that costs $50-$70.

Are the requirements you show REQUIRED or SUGGESTED?
If they are the required or Minimum specs, you may need to purchase a new graphics card in order to play the game. Otherwise, try installing it, you never can tell when the suggested minimums are off by a bit.

go to either the intel or your computer's manufacturers website and try downloading the latest graphics drivers... worst case is that you have to buy a new graphics card...

They are referring to your computers graphic controller ,They are saying your graphic controller does not meet the minimum requirements.You could try to update your drivers and see if that helps you.I'll give you the link in source.

Just get a graphics card from wal-mart for like $40
Or you could go to http://www.intel.com and download a different driver.

They are hardware (video card hardware).
You have to buy one... or something better if those models are no longer available.
