If the person that humiliated you is someone you consider a friend or close relative - first calm down and then speak to them about their words or actions that caused you the humiliation.

If this person is someone that is hateful and/or "out to get you" (enemy or "not your friend") you'd only be confirming their success and probably make their day if you did confront them about it.

You can either be the bigger person here and ignore their stupidity and pettiness or lower yourself to their level and plan a revenge. I am NOT suggesting anything unethical, immoral or illegal. Humiliation is a two-way street.

Keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer.

The worst thing about humiliation is yor ego being hurt. Most of the world has been humiliated in some way or another. Brush it off your sholder and just go on. The more you stress over it the worse it'll be and all for what.?

The best way to handle the situation is not to do it when it happens. Give yourself time to cool off and the situation and usually an opportunity will present itself; however if not; that's when you ask the person; don't be confrontational, and let the person know how you felt etc...if they don't get it or seem to care, that's when you bascially have to tell them "I didn't appreciate (and then what happened) and think it's wrong for you not to take into consideration of the situation" type of thing. See what happens! Good luck!

We have all been there ~ you are not alone, that's for sure. Being humiliated is not easy. Just hold your head up high and tell the person exactly how they made you feel....what you are feeling inside, tell them word for word. They may or may not understand but you will feel better...

Admit that you've been humiliated and hold your head up high.

That's a pretty broad question. It would help if you were more specific, unless you are just asking a philosophical question.

Sadly, I have nothing that deep to say right now. Sorry.
