OK, seriously, you can go to Office Max or Staples and there is something you can buy called a divorce kit. (i live in dayton ohio, and i heard about it from a friend and checked it out) it costs $30, and the cost of the filing is determined by the type of ease the divorce poses. Plus, you can file for a divorce and the time they have been apart counts toward the 2 year rule ~~ if they don't sign the divorce within 2 years, the state automatically grants it.

You cannot be legally married to 2 people at once. If he is still married and you got married to him, your marriage would be void since you know he is still married.

He needs to get divorced. He does not need to find her - he can proceed with what is called a default. I suggest he contact a family law attorney or go down to the local courthouse and get some information.

I have heard not sure if it true but he can post an ad in the paper and if she doesnt respond to it within a certain amount of time then He can take it to the courts and they will grant him a divorce!! Something to check into anyways!

I divorced my ex husband after he vanished. I hired an attorney and they sent him a certified letter at his last known address, and when he did not answer, I asked the judge for a divorce and he gave me one. I ran into my ex about 2 yrs later and told him, "congratulations, we are divorced"
End of story!

Get a lawyer. Unless paperwork for abandonment is filed, he can't legally remarry.

Why would he want to marry an illiterate?
Hunt the beyotch down, kill her and throw her in the deepest part of the river.
And they all lived happily ever after...
