well... i'm 15 this year... i've got my pubic hair, under arm hair, facial hair, but why my voice is still not changing??? is it because of my masturbation habit?? must i stop masturbating??

You're normal. Masturbation has no effects on puberty, really. Guys go through different stages of puberty at different times. I'm 15 too, and what came first for my was my voice change, and that was in 8th grade. The came pubic hair, then facial hair, and last underarm hair. You're normal, just give it some time, and your voice will change soon. Good luck.

No; it has nothing to do with your habit.
It's all tied to genetics. I think I have a high voice, & I'm in my 40's! Just be patient. All in due time...
