Why did Yamaha stop making the TRX 850??

This bike, for mine, was and is the best pound for pound, dollar for dollar road bike ever produced.

You're right though.......they were/are great bikes.
A friend of mine uses one as a ride day bike at Eastern creek.
It is stock in the engine dept. but with upgraded brakes and manages a 1.47 ......... Great machine.

That's what usually happens when they give you to much for your money, they don't make enough to keep production going.
