Good anime artist out there... Could you help me draw a friend of mine, anime style for her birthday?

A friend of mine is an anime obsess and I want to give her a surprise for her birthday. She said that she really want to be an anime so, I want to make her wish like 50% true by giving her birthday present with her pic, anime style on it. So please, answer or email me if you could.
