C

you do not abbreviate "doctor" when used in a sentence, unless it is in reference to an actual person.

you also do not abbreviate a word like "hours" when it is at the end of a sentence. (or generally speaking, in formal writing, you just don't)

abbreviating organizations like PRT and putting them in parentheses after the complete name works just fine.

Definitely C. Sentence A looks terribly odd. The word "doctor" should not be abbreviated in between sentences unless you are referring to a certain person. And sentence B does not look good either.

A) because the last one isnt an abbreviation, it is an acronym. And hrs. isnt actually an abbreviation in the english dicionary, it is just there used by people. Deffinately A.
