currently doing Master Degree in Computers from mumbai university ... i want to do a project in Information/Network security ... but being a Master degree the requirement i s a research kind of a project... which companies should i try and how do i approach them ?
also i want to take information security as a career ... i have intereset in it ... but i havent done ne certifications or languages for it... how can i get an entry in this field ?

My suggestion is talk to your professors first
Also, check exactly what u want to do in that specific line
Just concentrate on what is available in that line now.
Best bet is search on surf for this topic. Discuss, discuss, discuss , disccuuusss with your seniors, PROFESSORS FIRST .
