Temazepam it'll give you a little bit of euphoria and then calm you right down into a beautiful sleep, then you'll say where have you been all my life. No that was a joke get temazepam also known as restoril, normisson, temaze you;ll like it and it works just take it when needed cause it is potentially addictive, but if you have no prior drug or alcohol abuse u will be fine. You do need a script though it is a benzodiazipine class drug . good luck you won't be counting sheep for much longer.

Of course the Doctors of this world will tell you sleeping pills, but this is bogus. Natural herbs are the ticket. Califonia Poppy, Kava Kava, Valerian Root, Passion flower, Chamomile flowers, are the best for this.

The best over the counter medication is 25mg of Benadryl. There is also a pill called melatonin. It comes in 2mg tabs. It is excellent & you can get it at any herb shop or wal mart.

Try to relax. And imagine yourself being asleep. It works for me. Or listen to music. Especially those classicals. They will make you sleep right there and then.
