Well, in a way yes. There is a universal law called the law of attraction. Regardless if you beleive in it or not, it still exists, and everyone is experiencing it all the time. It has to do with whatever it is you are focusing on, whether it be a negative thing, or a positive thing, and acts to draw these things to you. We all consist of energy, and this energy is constantly attracting things and repelling things, depending on what our energy is focused on. This explains answered prayers, and also could cause you to think that a spell you have cast actually worked. If you cast a love spell to cause someone to love you, you will be sending out the vibes of love toward this person, and depending on where their energy is focused(if deep down they are attracted to you, just not realizing it) The vibes you are sending out to them can result in you attracting them to you. Its all science. But if in fact this person is not attracted to you, a spell cannot change their feelings. But the law of attraction is always at work, and if your energy is focused enough, you will attract someone to love you who is exactly what you are wanting deep down. It works on a subconscious level also, so you may not even realize that this is what you are attracting to yourself, but it is what your subconscious is focused on. The love spell was only an example, I don't know what type of spells you are talking about. But in reality, I don't beleive actual spells can work, but the law of attraction does. If you want to cause a desire of yours to come true, try focusing on this instead.

I think spells are a waste of time and energy. The secret to the fullfillment of a wish is to believe it has actually happened.
Believe it completely. React to it physically and emotionally, and over time.....

Spells are like prayers. If you are a believer in prayer, prayer sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Same with spells. Truthfully, it's all in the mind.
