I get really annoyed with my friends at the drop of a hat. Basically I'm annoyed with at least one person at all times. I used to love all my friends and was very accepting of everyone. Now I'm finding myself passing harsher judgments on people automatically and speaking out about my annoyances, whereas I didn't before. I'm a typically happy person, but now the littlest things set me off. Any ideas to what's up with me?

What's up is that your expectations are too high. You need to accept that your friends are who they are...like everyone, a mixture of strengths and weaknesses. Accepting that fact and focusing on their better qualities ought to reduce your annoyance.

You wouldn't want them to expect you to be perfect and get annoyed with you all the time, would you?

Sarah K- It sounds to me that you are maybe fed up with the same old crowd and bored. Or you may be lonely and want a relationship and that could help you two ways, you can be happier or you can get annoyed even more.
This may help start reading positive thinking books also hang around people who make you feel good about yourself. Last but not least, get on your knees and pray. You will feel so much better. Try not to think about being annoyed live each day as it was your last. Take Care.

You are obviously not introspective, or you would be thinking about what has changed, and when exactly the change began because that is what has set you off.
You are either not happy, are too stressed lately, or you have a biochemical change.
At any rate, you might consider counseling to find out the problem.

You are growing up and expect your friends to be more mature as well. Some people grow up faster than others. Sounds like you have high expectations and want everything to be perfect-nothing and no one is perfect. Accept your friends as who they are and allow them to grow up in their own time.

ha that is happening to me too. i you are in the middle of adolescene, i think this may be another crap part of it. if not, you are very irritated about something or arent getting enough sleep or are stressed or something. do something good for yourself and try to hold in your annoyances and think about why you got SO annoyed.

You are upset about something. Till you relax and realize that it will all be good, it will keep happening.
