There are various upbeat songs - too many to list them all, but if you have an iPod, there is a podcast called PodRunner that plays like the kind of music you hear at aerobics classes. It is very energetic and keeps a great beat, which is why it is designed for runners. And, since its a podcast, it's free! The songs are each about an hour long so you can keep the same beat throught your workout. Good luck and I hope this helps!
