You will find Plug Ins in Marina Mall next to Ikea and also i Abu Dhabi mall on the 1. floor.
In Mina Mall: Jarir bookstore.
In Lifestyle: 1. floor
For bargins check out on Sheik Zayed St (Electra St) now also called Computer St. These small shops should not be underestimated and you will be surprised what they all offer.

Checking out some of those Jumbo prices indicates you'd be better buying outside of the UAE. I bought a Panasonic camera in Dubai duty free that I found was more expensive than my local shop in Australia.
I don't shop in Dubai duty free any more!
