I am about to purchase my first home, and me and my fiances combined credit scores are about 670. We are getting plently of good offers.

Our credit wasn't that great when we purchased, my husbands was around 560, and mine was about 610. And yes, we are in the same house now. It's a brand new house, in a new subdivision, and we don't intend to move for a while. We got a great rate on a 30 year fixed, so we're staying put until we can build.

It was excellent, still is and no I am on my 3rd home now.
