Do any of the consultants know if it's against policy to sell MK on Ebay? I have some of the discontinued lipsticks and I can't seem to move them...What's the rule on that? I know we can't buy from Ebay, but can we sell it?

when I run into a similar problem I offer it at cost to customers, other reps (on your forums), as prizes in raffles or at parties, as part of a gift basket I have for sale....etc
Please do not post on eBay! Makes it harder for the rest of us trying to follow the rules and gives us a bad Rep.

If you are still a consultant, you should not sell on Ebay...It is because we are a home based business....I have seen alot of MK being sold on ebay, but I would trust it enough to buy it...you never know how long the people have had it and what they may have done to it or put in it!!

I still have a few myself that I have in a clearance basket and occasionally I will use them as give aways raffles quest night whatever and write it off. To answer you actually question no please don't sell them on eBay it is against the rules you can find the information under tax and legal on the drop down box in the upper left hand corner on In touch. Under that section is Legal-Ease.
I don't know if you do this in your Unit but I give a list to my director and when people are looking for discontinued things she knows I have it and we will help each other out that way.
lately did you know there is a MK Group great place to exchange ideas and get info.

I suppose you can sell, but place a "disclaimer" notice on it that you are not affiliated in any way with MK..
I buy my MK products on ebay all the time!!!!
