Los Indios Tabahiris a two man duo is fantastic.(My spelling is off).Jimmy Hendricks of course, Duane Eddy was fun to listen to, I have forgotten the name of Rick Nelson guitar player who went to Elvis after Rick died. He was original, and Tom Jones guitar player who was featured on his old show. George Harrison, Eric Clampton, I used to know one in my home town who could play anything and imitate any guitar player, but who couldn't stay away from the drugs. He was the best I have heard.
