they put studs in for a reason. easy to clean, less movement during the healing period, enabling a quicker healing, anywhere willing to put jewellery such as you mention in a freshly pierced ear should have their professionalism called into question and be avoided, stick with the studs and pretty soon you will be able to wear all the funky earrings you want, put hoops or dangly ones in now at your own peril, good luck

Large hoops wouldn't be that great of an idea. You'll get them caught on everything, especially your hair, and that will hurt your newly pierced, sore ears. Just get some pretty studs and keep them in for the time they tell you, then you can switch after your ears are healed.

You can only get it pierced with studs because you have to turn them twice a day for like 6 weeks, and its easier to clean them with studs. Oh and they cant put a hoop in the gun they use to pierce ears anyways so it has to be a stud.

You can't. In order for the scar tissue to heal properly, you must start with a post earring for a minimum of 6-8 weeks. You actually aren't supposed to wear a hoop until after 6 months.

that is a bad idea. your ears need to get used to the weight and having a big hoop there would irritate your newly-pierced ears.
