You are young and you MUST think. If your relationship is not good with your parent(s). Please go and speak with an adult somewhere before you run. The streets are tough and no movie or television show ever accurately protrays just how danger or how hungry you will feel after all your "friends" get tired of having to "care" for you because you will be dependant. Is there a reason behind your Mother's actions? BE HONEST! Have you been trouble or difficult. The teenage years of your life are such a complex time and your Mum may be at her wits end. Trust your gut when it comes to the relationship between you - could you count on your Mum if you went to her honestly & openly or is this your way of getting out of discipline? Living on the steets put you at risk of having a lousy life or non at all. Seek out a guidance counselor, teacher, parent of a friend, coach, priest, social worker - anyone in a position to help you. Don't run!

Please do not run away. These streets are too harsh and cold for a beautiful young lady like you. What did you do to have your mom make this decision? Rv. That may be good but see if you can stay with your family or how old are you? If you are 16 or 17 you can become a emancipated minor

Since you're "Popular girl," I'm sure you can make friends at your new school without a problem. Your best bet is to sit down with your parents and talk to them. I'm sure they have their reasons for uprooting you like this. If they won't budge, agree to try it for a semester. You may find yourself pleasantly surprised. And if you don't like it, then talk to your parents about why. There's always room for compromise. I wouldn't try running away. What will you do for food, money, and clothes? I have an RV and it would be a crappy place to live with no electricity or water.

It's not until next year, right? So you have the whole summer to show your mom that this isnt' the only option. Talk to her about why she thinks it's needed, and ask if there are other ways you could solve the dilema. Running away will only make it worse, and she might ship you to boot camp instead. Talk to her and be responsible....she could surprise you, if you show her you are more adult than she thought.

Yeah great idea then your friend and her parents can get in trouble for harboring a minor runaway! Sounds like a plan to me. Gosh, they will find you the cops if your parents call them which im guessing they will.

'Mom's sending me to a boarding school, so I'm running away"
Oh, boohoohoo.
So, you don't want to go to a boarding school, why?
'Cause you'll be away from your friends?
How close will you be to them if you run away?
Get over yourself, you'll make new friends at school.
Live in an RV? Please.
